ZoomiesRX is powered by Civic Center Pharmacy. Civic Center Pharmacy is located in Old Town Scottsdale and has been serving the human and animal community since 1996. With over 20 years of experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding, Civic Center has the expertise to suit you and your pets’ custom medication needs. We are proud to be the home to one of the current eight Board Certified Sterile pharmacists in the state of Arizona. With a patient-first focus, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the industry. 

Tenille Davis, Pharm.D., R.PH.

Tenille Davis grew up in Idaho, and graduated magna cum laude in 2005 from pharmacy school at Idaho State University. Her first job was as a pharmacy technician at the age of 15. Since, she has worked in many different pharmacy modalities. Tenille joined Civic Center Pharmacy in 2008 and has been the Pharmacist-in-Charge since 2014. In her off time, Tenille diligently fights for the compounding community. She is the Compounding Academy Coordinator, a special interest group within the Arizona Pharmacy Association, and is a PCCA C4 graduate. In addition, she holds a certificate in veterinary compounding. She lives in central Phoenix with her partner, twin daughters, dog Moosie, Cat Roo, and her little fish “Swimmy.”

Matt Fisher, Pharm.D., R.Ph.

Matthew Fisher went to pharmacy school at Creighton University, graduating with a PharmD in 2006. Prior to starting at Civic Center Pharmacy in 2018, he worked in various retail settings, including nine years as a pharmacy manager. Matt’s passion for compounded veterinary medication derived from growing up on a Northeast Nebraska cattle farm with various pets and livestock. The animals on his family farm which include livestock, pigs, farm dogs, cats, and a pony, from time to time would suffer from a wide variety of conditions. His family relied heavily on veterinary compounded medications to treat them.  Taking care of animals has been and continues to be of the utmost importance to Matthew. He currently lives in Tempe, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and black lab dog Copper. In the future, Matt plans to have horses and cows at his retirement property in Sonoita, Southern AZ.

Melinda Browning M.S.

Melinda graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters of Biomedical Diagnostics and has worked in the pharmaceutical space for over 21 years. She joined the Civic Center Pharmacy team in 2015 and is passionate about improving health outcomes by delivering exceptional service and personalized medicine for pets. Melinda moved to Arizona from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and currently lives in Mesa with her husband, two daughters, and her black Chiweenie dog Brittany and her white Persian rescue cat Coco.

Gerri Sehongva CPhT

Gerri has been a certified pharmacy technician since 2015 and has worked in many different niches of pharmacy. She is excited to be a part of the Civic Center Pharmacy team and looks forward to contributing to its growth as it continues to provide premier compounding medications for pets. Gerri moved to Tempe from Hotevilla, AZ. When she is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching her nieces and nephews about the Hopi culture and language. During football season, she is busy cheering on her team, the Vikings, while snuggling with her little chihuahua puppy Coco Melon.
